Rude bad attitude & service to us as client

I was treated with disrespect, rudeness and bad attitude more that once by Pieter Venter after phoning him to query something. Cups not replaced as promised, larger battery not installed as promised in order to have the mover on the caravan working properly, caravan not cleaned inside as promised resulting in using 10x buckets of water to clean the dirt and dust out of cupboards and floor and shelves. The outside also not washed and cleaned especially on the roof between roof vents, resulting in very bad water leakage into the caravan on the bed and mattress as well as the sitting/dining area and cushions when it rains. They state they serviced the caravan, but no grease visible on the grease nipples and other parts which should have been greased. I will never buy anything from these people again.
