Rocket Trading Rubble Removal
AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I was driving on the N1 his morning. Ended up behind a Rocket Trading Truck. The large bin on the back was fastened with chains. The bin started shuddering and shaking and swinging around. It seemed unstable. Then large stones came off the back of the truck and hit my vehicle, causing damage and chipping it in 3 places. I phone the cell number displayed on the truck and UNFORTUNATELY got to meet the "manager", Mr Swanepoel. I try to explain that I am worried about the seeming instability of the bin and approached him about the damage to my windscreen. I was met with the WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE from someone who is the manager. This man shouted and swore at me telling me that his trucks were safe and that I should go to my insurance about my damages. Before doing business with this company please consider whether you are going to get fair, professional service. Consider if you have time to deal with a volatile manager who clearly has very little respect for his own business, himself or anyone else. I will fix my own damages and hope that his trucks are as safe as he says and do not cause more damage or even fatality to anyone else. My advice, avoid Mr Swanepoel at all cost!
