Well disguised

I rented a car for 2 days. Got stuck in a bit of traffic and the car was returned less than 5 min late and I got charged for 3 days rental. Wooow. If this is not daylight robery I don't know what it is. I know which car rental company never to use again. On top of that they my shoes which I left under the car seat. [URL Removed] domain getting reserved soon. I bet Im not the only one getting ripped off. A rental fee for 5 min???
