Feedback on previous complaint

After posting my initial complaint regarding bad service delivery on HelloPeter I was contacted by Deon from the dealership in an attempt to make amends. He offered to have my vehicle collected and to have the outstanding work completed in Kimberley. Unfortunately he could not give any guarentees that the work would be completed in time as I need my vehicle back by the 12th.
I was also contacted this morning with an alternative that the technician comes out to Lime Acres to complete the work. (340 km return trip)

Although I appreciate the gesture, I have decided to have the work done in Cape Town, during my vacation.
