Failure to deliver Documents

On 30th November 2013 I requested an envelope of documents be delivered for delivery to a PO Box. I was informed that the delivery would take place either on Monday or Tuesday of the following week for a fee of R165-00, which was not the pricing as per the advertised, by I needed the documents to get there, so I paid. To my utter disdain the documented were only scanned in on Wednesday 4th at the Cape Town Branch, and have not moved since then.

When will South African Companies learn that SERVICE being paid for and not delivered will result in the full extent of the Consumer Act and Legal recourse to be taken against them, and the public be made aware of their substandard service and effective of customers?

I will NEVER make use of Postnet again, and to boot will ensure my company and companies associated avoid Postnet, whilst making it public knowledge of the epic failure encountered when dealing with this substandard profit driven, service lacking entity. Word of mouth is more volatile than any ad campaign.
