O & J Car Sales
VEHICLE SOLD TO US & PAPERS NEVER PRODUCED

On the 19th of October 2012 we bough a Fiat Doblo from O&J Car Sales in Claremont. We had endless problems with the vehicle and it spent about 3 months in total back at them to rectify all these issues. Mr Khan (the owner) eventually agreed to trade it in for another vehicle. He had a Nissan Hardbody which we liked and paid him the balance of R35 000 for the Nissan on the 20th of July 2013. He didn't have the papers at that time as the vehicle was still in the owners name and as were in a hurry to get a bakkie as this is our source of income, we agreed to wait a week until he could get everything sorted. It's now 3 1/2 months later and he still keeps promising. I then got a call 2 weeks ago from the owner of the Nissan and he has the papers as Mr Khan has not yet paid him for the bakkie (so actually the bakkie is still his even though we paid R35k to Mr Khan). We did however keep the Fiat Doblo's papers and agreed to give them to him when we received the papers for the Nissan, he has since sold the Fiat Doblo and those people are probably also being promised the papers. This guy is a and can NOT BE TRUSTED. Please beware of this and DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HIM!!!
