Fastway Couriers (South Africa)
No Service

After I logged a complaint on the 24th Dec regarding a parcel I never received and wasn't informed that they closed at 12.00 on the 24th Dec. and even after giving them our contact details to call us which they promised to do and calling the call centre earlier that morning where again I was not informed of closing time, this is the response I received today:

Hello Kelcal,

Thank you for your correspondence. All our Regional Franchises closed on the 24th of December at 12:00pm. All of our customers were informed that we would not be operational from that time until 27 December 2012. I apologise that you did not receive the service that you were expecting and trust that you will take this up with your supplier, who should have advised you of the delay. Regards Sandra Rose!

Surely you should be concerned that I was not informed by fastway and not by the supplier of YOUR closing times and not contacting us to inform us that we would then not receive the parcel as promised by Fastway for the 24Dec which was a christmas gift!!!
