We purchased a used vehicle from Subaru Johannesburg some months ago. There was a misunderstanding with the vehicles next service date and as a result we discovered this late last year that we had missed it. I contacted Subaru Johannesburg and was directed to Mario Alves. Mario assisted us immensely in resolving the problem and went 10 extra miles to squeeze us in for a rush service in what must be a very busy first full week in the New Year. He also assisted in resolving the documentation to retain our warranty and service plan. Thank you so much! It is rare to find someone so willing to go the extra mile for a customer.
