Good day, When I bought my car a specifically insisted on the guy to add maintenance plan. Today I brought my car in for the brakes to be replaced I am surprised to be told it was not added. The reception can they get their act together, I can't wait for car for over an hour. I should have went to work and collected the car letter. Now, I will be two hours late at work. I am very annoyed by their lack of urgency attitude. I hope my matter will be investigated and I would be given feedback by end of business today.
