Bad attitude, lack of energy and lack of respect

I went to McDonald today as I was dropping my fianc? home, we pass by drive through the one on N1 south just before you approach Beyers Naude. We ordered just three chicken folders one without tomato then we drove to the collection point after we've paid. Then the manager told us to park on the side as our order will take little longer, I didn't have a problem with that regardless I was still at work. What annoyed me so much is the guy by the name of" MARSHAL" he brought our order walking slow, chatting to his buddies and maybe bbm'ng his girlfriend as well. I asked him to hurry with our food cause we will be late. He told me that even his job conduct doesn't say anywhere in it that he has to run for customers, he's being train not to run with so much attitude. I went inside the shop to speak to the manager about this guy. He looked like someone who just ate or swallowed raw eggs without saying something after I waited so much for my food. I wonder how customers come across with these kind of attitude from what so call "Marshal" he doesn't belong there, maybe as queue marshal at Bree taxi rank he will do very well with that stinking, rotten, smelling and broken attitude. I will tell
