I Mark Mans must apologise to Avis for my previous complaint
They did nothing wrong in fact it was an error on my banking institute for not letting me know of reversal of funds and myself for not checking first I was just too busy of late and expected to get a message but did not. So I'm sorry Avis for wasting your time and thank you for doing your best and explaining the situation to me thank you Selome
