I enquired about a specific part for a motor vehicle I could not find at general auto spare places, and received feedback very quickly.
Luan offered me three options, pricing included- and on discussing which option I wanted, the component was sourced very efficiently.
Luan then also made arrangements to allow me to collect the component outside their standard business hours, as my work hours made it impossible to collect it during the standard hours.
The price of the sourced component was also really good!
This is service- through and through.
