Service Complaint

The heated pool has not been working here for 3 days. A complaint with management on Monday lunchtime resulted in them removing a faulty electrical component. It is now Tuesday evening and the pump is still not repaired??
This part could have been sourced in JHB or Pretoria which are both less than 2 hours away, but further complaints to the resort GM resulted in feeble apologies and promises but nothing else?

Totally unacceptable service levels from a resort of this level. Obviously their marketing department is better that actual operations on the ground!
