#Keeprolling In For Repair Costs

On Wed. I booked my car in for a service at McCarthy VW Durban for Thurs. Thurs. I went in to drop the car off and waited like a fool because my car was booked for Wed. Service manager was Mhlengi and 14:30 he tells me except for the aircon not cooling, theres nothing wrong. I asked if he was sure - he said yes. I told him about a SLIGHT noise when I turn full. Picked the car up and he says its the bearing. I said fine, I'll bring the car back next week. Take the car home and there's a noise when I go over a bump which was NOT there b4. Mhlengi he says bring the car in. He's not there and nobody else can help because he didn't make a record of the booking. Once again, stand around like a fool. At 15:30 I get a call saying that the noise is a problem with the shocks. Pick up the car and I get a quote of almost R6000. I left with the car and b4 Thurs. all it had was a SLIGHT knock when I made a full left turn, now, every slight turn I make, every little bump I go over, there is a LOUD knocking noise. It went from nothing wrong to bearing and now shocks. Scared to complain about the noise that's there now because they may ask me to #keeprolling in so that they can create more problems
