Pathetic service from Used Vehicle Sales Division

My car was so I have to replace it urgently. I found a vehicle that was on the floor on Monday at Fury. I was told that there was another person with an application on the vehicle but that he would decide by 10:00 and that I would be contacted with regards to this by 11:00. I was asked to complete an application in the mean time. I was not contacted at 11:00 as promised. Then around 14:00 I got a call requesting my outstanding documentation. I phoned back and asked whether this meant that the previous person's application had fallen through. The answer I got was, "I believe so." I sent the outstanding documentation on Tuesday morning 07:30. Since Wednesday I have been trying unsuccessfully to find out what the status is of my application. All I was told is that the pre-approval is done but they are waiting for validation and instead of the vehicle I applied for I was told about another vehicle which was supposed to be coming in Thursday. Now after numerous calls and e-mails I finally got hold of someone who told me that the previous application has gone through. Why could I not get informed of this as promised? All I get is "Sorry". Still no car, and battling to get to work
