Car was in for repair, no problem booking vehicle in.

After a couple hours get a call from Chrystall stating the cost, no problem give the go ahead.

This is when the stress levels increased, after that no communication from Eagle Ford, pick up lift, is car finish.???!!!

When I get there first in line, get serve Chrystal informes me to stand one side, people behind me in the Que, get their documents and leave so highly upset question Chrystal which in turns tells me "they are not paying" so if you have to pay you will be penalised, useless DO YOURSELVE A FAVOUR DISMISS CHRYSTALL!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
