I bought a new Ford Kuga and drove it for about a month and did not like it. I then took the car back in good condition and asked the dealer to change it for a Ford Ranger, of which they did at an additional cost of Thirty Thousand Rand to the price of the car. However the dealership did not cancel the debit order in time for the month of June 2013. I immediately notified the salesperson of the problem and was promised that a refund would be granted. It is now 12 July 2013 and the salesperson has not bothered to phone me and explain whats happening to my refund. Every time I phone him, asking about the refund (R4716. on 02/07/13 more than 4 days after handing the Kuga back to them) he says he has spoken to their finance department who say they will refund me. The question is when? He promised to phone me back numerous times with further information, that has never happened. I always have to phone him for their mistake and am not happy about the run-around that I am getting from this dealership. They have lost a customer for good. If there is anyone out there who can assist me in getting my refund from Ford, Eagle Corner, the help would be highly appreciated.
