Incorrect billing and ignoring my e-mails

Rental agreement 0228-7804-ZA-1
No replies to these confirmation's of receipt of my e-mails.
I booked a vehicle with an SAA staff discount code, and was quoted R310.00 for the 2 days rental picked up at Port Elizabeth Airport and returned to same airport. The only extra that I requested was the tyre and windscreen, which amounts to R12.00 extra per day, ( or there about).
I receive replies that are garbled... e.g... this is only part of the message...
