Pathetic service

At 8:47 I entered the premises requesting and paying for 2 x 450x330 pieces of glass to be cut. After waiting until 9:55 I asked the sales lady why it could take so long for 2 pieces of glass to be cut whereupon she told me in a very aggressive raised voice that other people were before me and that I had to wait my turn. I mean two pieces of glass 1 hour? Unreal pathetic service bad bad bad bad! Close the business because you don't know anything about service!
