Huge hardware chain unable to cut glass

Builders Northriding offer glass cutting as a service. I asked for 2 pieces of glass to be cut, which were not square, the sides were at a slight angle. I was told they do not cut glass at an angle as they don't have the relevant equipment... Perhaps if they used a glass cutting tool which they sell in their store they could complete the promise of "we cut glass". I was told to go to PG Glass. Unacceptable service from such a huge hardware chain. Sadly not the first experience of poor service at this store.
