Imove International

I got a number of quotes for our relocation from Pretoria to Pinetown and decided on iMove International (not the cheapest), because Fernando Goncalves assured me that they would deliver outstanding service and make our move hassle free.

The move was scheduled for 8am on 28/11 and after many calls (with no straight answer), the truck finally arrived at 18:30 but was too full to collect everything. They loaded half and told us that a second truck would arrive at around 10am on Friday to collect.

Despite numerous calls the truck did not arrive. At 1pm we finally managed to get a hold of Fernando who promised to send another truck. A Time Freight truck arrived at around 6pm, but it was nearly full and couldn't assist.

It is now Saturday and Fernando's phone only goes to voicemail. We have left countless messages, with no response.

We finally spoke to Dylan from Atlantic Removals (who seem to be subcontracted by iMove) and he can only get someone here tomorrow afternoon.

We have been stranded since Thursday and have had to incur additional expenses due to our food, fridge, etc. being on route to Durban.

The lack of communication has been terrible.
