I complained about the non-delivery of a product on 19 November 2013 and was immediately contacted by Tamryn Collinge who was courteous and professional. She arranged for the local depot manager to arrange delivery of the product the same day. The manager promised to supply me with feedback by the next day as to why it took nearly a week and a complaint to get the product delivered. Some 10 days later I have had no feedback and as a result my comment stands that I will not buy from the same supplier as long as they use FedEx Express. The local manager has destroyed the good work done by Tamryn.
