OFFICIALLY FED UP WITH MC CARTHY / TOYOTA

Have honestly never received such poor and sloppy service. I have been a paying client of Mc Carthy Toyota for 3 years and have experienced nothing but disappointment and frustration! I have a very long list of complaints from 2010 to Date that have never been addressed to in a professional manner from the date I purchased my car! This unprofessional and unethical style of business practise is absolutely shocking and I no longer wish to have any dealings with Mcarthy Toyota especially when I pay for a service that is never provided properly.

Please could someone contact me to discuss my numerous problems & complaints I have, as I have honestly exhausted all other avenues of trying to get someone to rectify these problems from Day 1.

I am Eventually fed up and will take this further if not addressed and resolved by someone competent of the job they paid to do.
