Unprofessional and rude sales manage

Mc Carthy Toyota N1 City sold me ten Avanza's. This is my first experience with N1 City Toyota.
I find it unbelievable that the sales manager Lauren Bekker hangs up the phone while we in conversation. This morning I visited Toyota to view the vehicles and half the vehicles was there. Anyway I proceeded with the electronic payment, gave proof of such to the salesmen and was assured that they will deliver by the afternoon. At 3 pm I gave Lauren a call to request that she assist the salesmen with the delivery. She advised that they won't be able to deliver as licensing still has to happen and she is waiting on funds to reflect in their account.
My comment to her is that it is unprofessional to promise me delivery and not being able to deliver. At this point she replied she does not want to talk to me and hang up the phone. In my 18 years as a loyal Toyota client, I have never been treated like that by any of their staff. I'm not concern about them not being able to deliver, but to be rude to a client show that she is unprofessional to hold a position at Toyota.
I decided to cancel the order for the other thirty units I planned to buy.
