Your customer service- the worst on the continent

In July 2013, I took the Discovery 4 in Midrand Dealership in order to be fixed as it had oil discharge, door not locking and faulty brakes. It took them more than a week for them to fix it and they did not give me a courtesy vehicle. I then collect it 2 weeks later. I am surprise that I am told to pay almost R3500 for the services because the 6 months have passed and yet it was at the dealership less than 5 months ago and 2000 km below the schedule 65 000 km. What kind of service is these? Do you understand the target market you are selling to. Sure I did not spend R700K for car that requires me to keep a log book like a school principal and behave like a mechanic. The car was at Landrover premises when it was supposed to be serviced. I was under the impression that it was serviced.

I wanted to buy the XF but I am now concerned about the quality of your customer service, I think better the devil I know -Mercedes CLS. You are unbelievable, it's like you are selling entry level cars/starter packs like Tata, GWM etc.

As if my bad experiences with them in the past was not enough, I was made to to wait for more than 2hours for a transport home? How backwards is that right in Midrand?
