Sold a car that was not Serviced

On October I was looking for a car and decided to go to Mccarthy VW Klipfontein Witbank. The sales guy was good at selling the car and getting me the car that I wanted, the problem began when the car started to show the service spanner a month later after I bought the car, as a new buyer I did not know what to do and I called them and instead of helping me they were strictly rude and told me that I have to pay for the service from my own pocket which I think its unfair as they were suppose to service the car before selling it to me and when I asked them why they sold me a car that was not serviced they said their policy does not allow them to service a car before it has reached its servicing period which is in every 15000km and when I bought the car it was on 26000km and when I asked for the service book they keep on sending me up and down till date the manager told me he will get me the service book but I'm still waiting.., my car is still not serviced because no company wants to service a car without the service book and the car which is no more than 3months its starting to give me problems. I'm really fustrated and disappointed to be crocked by 1 of SA biggest company. I'm Hurt
