I bought a 2012 chev spark from mccarthy hatfield over a month ago. in this time the car had to go back 3 times. each time promising me all faults will be dealt with. every time the car came back unsatisfactory. To date I have not received a license for the car. Still driving on capetown plates (previous owner i take it) they can not supply me with the original service book or the owners manual but state the cars got a full service history. I have included the sales manager (Conrad) and the DP with this complaint but nothing has happened to resolve the issue. They charged me for scotchgaurd but afterwards it was said that a "treatment" was done on the seats. definitely not the real thing. car had a bad odour when i received it and the seats were still wet. All off the above makes me wonder what else can be wrong with the car. I am still waiting for my new badge as well. I want my contract cancelled. U can have your car back!!! I WANT THIS NONSENSE SORTED OUT!!!
