Disappionted custome

I just purchase a Nissan Tiida which was financed by MFC on a great special that I get the first 60 days instalment free and I only pay 999 for the 10 remaining months of the year. I also receive a cheque of 13000 which I can use for whatever I please after the first year I must then pay a full 2300 going forward. But after a month a deduction of 2300 was made and I even queried why there must be deduction in the first month and not the second. But to Francise never clearly explained the term and was shouting at me over the phone when I queried. At the same I still awaiting my number plate to be fitted on my car by at my place of convience which still hasn't taken place. This shows no full disclosure and a lack of customer care. I am strongly disppionted and will not refer anyone to the midrand dealership since I got a raw deal and no one wants to assist
