Still no clutch plate

Leon Ellis,
Hi Leon will you believe that after you told me my clutch plate is in stock and that the release bearing was sorted out that my car is still standing at the garage they did not receive the parts as promised.
Rashier at Boksburg branch confirmed with me now 9.50 Wednesday 27 Nov 2013 that he has not got the parts.
What is going on? Can someone help this is now completely ridiculous. If I dont have my car by Friday GWM will take this car of my hands and believe me they will and supply me with another car of my choice!
