WORST SERVICE EVER

From the getgo with purchasing my new veh problems started occuring, only the sales person gave good service, its almost been two months and my new veh is still not registered, hence me now driving around technically illegal. that was just the last straw. Every promise that has been made by the comany thus far has been broken, i had to fight with them because they settled my veh that i traded in late, that caused wesbank to take an additional debt order, after fighting with them and threatening for two weeks I got the money back, they also promise to follow up and call back but ja I should of expected the same service. Called last week in an extreme fury when i still did not recieve my registation papers and new plates, the promises (swore to the heaven and earth) that i will have the plates by friday, otherwise they will deliver it on mondey, yet here im sitting still with an unregistered veh and not so much as a phone call, I got good service from Jaco, the sales person, but from the DP, Malinds and Corne- the financial managers?? The people who arange the registation, this has been the biggest headache

They made something that should be nice a very unpleasant experience
