Bad attitude and damage to vehicle

I took my car in to Audi Rivonia and upon collection of my vehicle I noticed a scratch on the silver centre console. I raised this to the service technician, but this proved futile as he totally brushed it off and denied it being the responsibility of the dealership. The mentioned technician had worked in the area. In addition, when I booked the vehicle in during the morning, my SD-card had fallen between the seat and centre console hence other service staff had worked in the area (where the scratch is) trying to retrieve the SD-card. This occurred whilst the mentioned service technician was far away from the vehicle running through the book-in paper work.
Hence the scratch could have been introduced by the mentioned technician or the other technicians. I pursued this further and the mentioned technician agreed to have it resolved when I returned at a later stage to have the ordered parts fitted. However, when I returned the vehicle a week later, I reminded the technician about the scratch and instead of saying it would be sorted out, his response changed to he would have to raise the matter to his service manager. Later that day, the technician said they are not interested.
