Mazda road assistance can get you killed

Sunday the 5th of May at 13:26pm I called the Mazda road assistance service and I logged a called for assistance as my car wouldn't start, i was told that ill get help in an hours time, an hour passed and I made the second call at 14:35 and a consultant told me she needs to speak to her dispatch manager, till now I'm still waiting for their call. If Mazda promises road assistance they should deliver, I was fortunate that I was at a safe place or else I wouldn't be here today sharing the bad service I received. We live in a dangerous country and a person gets killed or hijacked every second and for Mazda to leave me stranded is a sign that they support these criminals. I'm highly considering on selling this brand that can put my life at danger. Word of advice to fellow citizen DON'T TRUST MAZDA road assistance, u'll be left in the cold and danger and possibly be killed.
