Slow Service

I pulled to the Garage to throw in petrol and i was waiting for about 10 min for a petrol attendant to help me. After the 10 min i looked in my rear mirror seeing the petrol attendants talking to each other laughing and chatting, which caused me to hoot a few times before someone could assist me being already 15 min. This is not the first time its happening to me at the same Garage and there is always a few tanks that is out of petrol always. Service is very slow and bad at this garage. I live opposite this garage and you would think that its the best to support the garage. The assistants inside the store always has a attitude when u request there help and never serve clients with a smile. Its pathetic service to say the least as i been sitting up with this service for a while. I would like feedback on this please. Thank you. My email address is ( [Email Removed] )
