Noisy compresso

We live next to the Engen in Lyttleton, Centurion and have been struggling with them to soundproof their noisy, broken compressor that goes off every 20 minutes day and night and keeps us from sleeping. After following the correct procedures, speaking to the manager Shazim (of the station) and Tebogo who is the head off this area for Engen and the local municipality that ordered them to do something they fixed this easy fixable problem only after 6 months of us struggling.
Tebogo was not at all helpful and has not followed up since. The compressor noises was much better and we had an arrangement with the Station manager, Shazim, that the compressor would be shut off after 10pm to allow us some peaceful sleep. But after only a month or so the noise is back and it is not being shut off at night. Our follow-up requests are simply being ignored. The next and only step to follow is to file a suit against Engen because they are not complying to the laws set out according to health and safety and we have to wake up every 20 minutes during the night and suffer sleep deprivation because of this. It's unacceptable and no one is taking responsibility for this. We are fed up.
