BMW unsafe to drive

I bought a brand new BMW 320 i in March 2013. Since i received the car about a month later i experienced a knocking sound on the drivers side wheel and i took the car back to SMG Cape town. I received excellent service from them and they even gave me a brand new BMW to drive for the day while my car was being repaired. The repair report stated that the chasy bolts was lose and needed to be fasten. A couple of months later i moved from CT to Limpopo and and experienced the same issue with the knocking sound. I called BMW on call to fetch the car and book it in to a dealer but i was advised that i needed to drive the to Nelspruit. DRIVE a UNSAVE CAR for 200 Km. They could not even supply me with a car for the day. Car was fix and i was told that the cahasy bolts was loose again. I have had the car back for about a month and now the same issue again. Knocking sound. I have called BMW on Call car was collected and was sent to Polokwane. I phone BMW customer service a loged a complaint with them and i stated that i want a brand new car. I am now sitting without transport. I want a supervisor to contact me today about my complaint with BMW.
