Unacceptable service

Hi

I purchased a brand new vechile in March 2012 on 8000 km (the salesman Daniel Carney advised of the k's due to storage space they drive the vechiles from Black Heath. I accpeted the vechile without a test drive. within the first month of purchase I experienced problems with the brakes, kept hearing a hum on the vechile and a disconnetion on the radio constantly for 1/2hr at a time. Booked in a repair/ services for the ff regularly the first time they renewed sum brake pads or cover? Been taking my vechile back and forth only to get told that nothing is wrong with the vechile. Its now July 2013 still experiencing the same problems the brakes (sound like metal to metal) hum still exists and radio problems. Very disappointed and unhappy with this vechice as discussed with Mr Wayne keppler on the 1st month of purchase. Kindly assist and advise.
