Bad service

Since Ronny's but new brakes in for my car last year in the winter I only had problems. I've been back several times which they couldnt find the problem and I've waited there for hours only to find out they are still waiting for the parts. I've left my car there on friday morning and on friday afternoon I had to drive through with my spare key because they had lost my keys and when I got there my car was parked exactly like i parked it that morning, so they didnt even touch my car the entire day. They drive my car with lit sigarettes then I have to sit with that smell in my car for days.. I am a younger customer but I am a paying costumer and I have never experienced worse service in my life.
