Rejected claim

My vehicle was sent in under warranty for the paint work cracking in areas to be fixed. Nissan SA rejected the claim and said it was due to external forces and they would not fix it. I have taken the vehicle to panellbeaters who say it is paint separation from incorrect application. My vehicle is still new and has never been re sprayed since I have had it. I have been trying to get hold of Nissan to find out what they call external forces but they don't answer emails and the call centre will always get back to me.
