I bought my Hyundai accent end of July at Montana Auto Pedigree. The car was on my name at more or less 60 000 km. Since then I had to take the car back 4 times already as the car keeps on shaking. Every time I got the car back, dirty in the first place, and secondly with the same problem. They say this is actually Hyundai's problem, but I bought the car from Auto Pedigree and therefore I am their client until this is sorted. I also expected that the car was fully serviced but realised that the 60 000 km service is not done and I had to pay myself. This is not acceptable. Lastly I did visit the shop on Saturday again, just to find out the manager was not there. He would have phoned me on Monday. I did phone them on Tuesday again, but manager was not available and they said that he will call me back. It is Thursday an still no call. In the mean time I struggle with a broken car. I need to travel this weekend, but cannot do this with a unreliable car. I really expected better service or at least just a working car.
