Vehicle damaged whilst at the car wash

I took my vehicle to be washed at the Zenex car wash on Jean Ave in Centurion two weeks ago.

Due to the complete incompetence of the supervisor on duty my SUV was pushed into the Tow bar of the vehicle in front of me as I was going through the machine, resulting in my nudge bar being wrecked (more than R 3000 damage)

The supervisor on duty denied any fault and when asked for the owners (Philip lourens) number I was told that he was not allowed to give it out and that he would take my details and have him call me.

As i said that was two weeks ago and Philip seems to be just as useless as the staff he employs. He has still not called to inquire what happened.

After being a client of theirs for the last 10 years I will never go back.
