Car Wash

I receive a call from the dealership to inform me that they will not wash my vehicle today because their car wash staff did not pitch because of the Strike in Dunoon. I ask him the question that how does that become my problem as they promised me that the vehicle will be washed when I bring it in for service. He then says to me that I can bring it in next week for car wash. I tell him that this is going to inconvenience me as I work from 8am - 17:30 in Sea Point. I also inform him that with the current petrol price, it just does not fit into my budget to bring the vehicle back and advised that he delegates someone else to do it. I says that he cannot give me a discount on the service and cannot cover my petrol to bring the vehicle back.

My issue is that they do not want to hear stories when it gets to the payment of the service (I cannot make my problems theirs, so they should not make their problems mine). The dealership should deliver what they promised or compensate (petrol/discount) for the inconvenience.
