2013 Ford everest leaking oil with only 3200 km

My Ford Everest bought 4 July 2013 with 3200 km on the clock is leaking oil.
Been at Barlow world Ford N 1 city from Tuesday 12/11/21013 today 19/11/2013 still there!!!
First they told me it is the pump now they have to strip the motor.
I have email Ford Sa Thursday 14/11/2013 and phoned them.
I phoned today 19/11/213 again and still NO response from them.

Ford Barloworld n1 city said I must phone Mekor ford Claremont.
I spoke to the Sales manager. Still no response.
I also spoke to Barloworld Workshop manager as well.
Absolutely PATETIC!!
I am sitting with a 4 month old reject. DO NOT WANT IT ANY MORE.
