First Car Rental
Cleaned out my credit card in a week

I found this company through an agent, we rented out their vehicle at R229 a day. The agreement was that if I phone in to extend the date then the rate will stay the same. If I don't phone in then the rate will be increased to R329.
Today they phoned me saying that they are trying to take money out of my account but it gives an error, I checked my credit card and saw that it was cleaned out by them already.

19-10-13 R916 (4 days at R229)
19-10-13 R2000 (deposit)
23-10-13 R658 (2 days at R329, not according to agreement)
25-10-13 R329 (1 day at R329, not according to agreement)
28-10-13 R3619 (11 days at R329, not according to agreement)
29-10-13 (tried to take out more but card was empty)
Total R7522

The agreement was R229 per day so firstly you must credit me R100 per day you charged me R329.
Secondly on the 28th you took out 11 days at the increased rate. So far I have only extended the agreement to this thursday. You must refund me accordingly.
If you do not, I will sell your car to regain what you took from me. This is credit card fr*ud! I will take this case further! And I will make sure that every single person in Cape Town knows about you!
