No parcel after so many days now

Hello Pieter,

I really am frustrated with the Post Office/EMS,
my parcel have arrived in South Africa on 8th November 2013 and still been waiting for the parcel to be delivered up into Hyde Park Post Office Branch, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

This is really unacceptable, today, 15th November 2013, the status is still the same

I phoned 0860111502, they are no help, gave me another number to call, been days I tried calling, there is no answer, I want my parcel right now. The delivery parcel is a high priority mail, and they treat it as standard mail. This is ridiculous.

After phoning 0860111502, told the person on the phone to let the supervisor to phone me back from her lunch, Jackie. And they dont even bother to call me back.

This is bad service, why do they even have jobs at all, if they dont deliver parcels.

They must stop sleeping on the job, it is not a holiday. I expect to get what I paid for, very poor service and poor quality. They dont deserve to be called quality assurance as what they display on the web site.

I have been phoning almost everyday now and still nothing is happening on my package

Disgusting of them, -100% rating I would give them
