Wednesday 6 November I took my KIA into the multifranchise in Pinetown for repairs. It is now the 14th November. After numerous phone calls and emails, no one can tell me what the problem is. I keep getting the excuse that the technician is unavailable. Trying to get hold of the service manager is close to impossible. Emails for updates are now going completely ignored and unanswered. Never before have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional organisation when it comes to customer services, and yet they will be more than happy to take my money for "services rendered". The service has been totally unacceptable.
