Unreliable brand new ML Mercedes

Bought a new Mercedes ML350 Bluetech AMG (Reg CM54NJ) from you dealership in Wonderboom (Pretoria) 9 June 2013. At 3200km I started losing break pedal pressure..On 15 October 2013 at 5349km I got stranded with an overheated engine. Phoned road side assistance and the vehicle got delivered to Mercedes Wonderboom. Enquired the next day and was informed by Jaco that a master cylinder is faulty and that the water leakage was due to poor factory fitting. (amazing Mercedes) Parts would take 2-3 weeks from Germany. Phoned the week after and was told delivery of the parts is due early November 2013. Phoned MB SA (David) to establish if this is a common problem on this model. He returned my call a week later (28/10/2013) - same status. Parts due early Nov and he will report back if this a common problem on this model. Since 28/10/13 not a single call from nowhere - no feedback - no calls - no updates. One would expect a premium brand to understand the basics of customer care. And also reliability from such an upmarket vehicle? Two major problems in 5000km!! I now pay for an ML but drive a C180. I want to apply the CPA 6 months return provision.
