Urgent repair needed on right front doo

Our right front door detached from the hinch and my wife can not open or close the door. She phoned Mercedes Menlyn and they informed her that they can not help her before next week Tuesday. I am currently abroad and can't help my wife to get the vehicle repaired. She is sitting without transport...??
That is a good excample of the quality and level of service one can expect from Menlyn Mercedes. They should have someone available to attend to urgent repairs.
Don't Mercedes have something like a ''courtesy vehice''
