Just some guidelines when dealing with this panel beater. Please photograph the car parts surrounding the damaged arrears so that that you can compare when the car is stripped and put together again. often the good parts are now damaged and they wont tell you. Also when the car has to be returned because you not happy, make a written list of what you agree is going to be done and photograph to check later. Make them sign for the list. I get the impression that if you have a used car, the repairs done must not be perfect and must also look used when completed. If only they focused on attention to deal it would have taken them a mere three minutes to make me happy. Dont leave personal items in car unless you have listed them and photographed them to check when time to collect car.
Finally, if you offered a stoney g/beer rather go for the coffee in reception area.
