1st pathetic brokers, now pathetic panel beaters

My mother collected my vehicle from Tava Panel beaters.

What a classic case of taking advantage of a woman by a panel beater!!

My mother had NO inspection with a Tava employee to show her what was damaged on my car and what was replaced before it was "shoved into her hands" (She was made to pay and given an invoice - NO signature even).

On the invoice, NOWHERE did my mother sign to indicate that she is happy with the work Tava panel beaters did nor in the section "Received in good order".

And why all the above?

Because the repairs are pathetic!!

My mother is a woman, so Tava knew they could take a chance and get away with sloppy work.

Before, I add Tava to the list of companies I have SAPS and civil cases opened (Towing company, Insurance broker, Avis) - I give them 1 chance.

1. Tava come and collect my car where I work and bring me a courtesy car (NO rental or deposit).

2. Tava do ALL the repairs on my car

3. Once happy that all repairs are done, Tava can bring me my car in exchange for the courtesy car.

Failure to comply will result in legal and other actions (Sambra, STI Ombuds, etc).

Do NOT phone me or my mother - put everything in email (as per lawyer's instructions)
