I ordered pigment weighing 40 kg that I needed urgently from China, so it came via airfreight to save me time, even at the added expense of airfreight which I paid in advance. Today is the 12th going on for the 13th November, my parcel has been sitting at the airport JHB international with DHL as the freight company since the 4th November, not 1 person at DHL has bothered to call me to arrange clearance or delivery, or anything. my way bill number is 970 1327 226 my DHL account numbers are 954 344 621 and DJNB 04489
